It does not provide individualized investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. Nothing on this site is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold a security, digital asset, contract, or other instrument.
The public scoreboard and cited paper outcomes use documented assumptions and do not represent actual client accounts, broker fills, or realized customer returns. Simulated performance has limitations, including hindsight, liquidity, market impact, fees, slippage, timing, and data-quality differences. Past or simulated results do not predict future results.
Cards introduced with ‘If invested’ apply simple long or short return math to recorded prices for the stated dates. When a scenario is created after the period ended, the page says so. Letter pairs on those cards are scenario labels used to organize the display; they are not claims that a named person submitted, owned, or traded the position.
Visitor-created community picks appear only when a visitor opts into initials-only sharing. They are not selected, verified, endorsed, or recommended by Council. Initials do not establish identity, qualifications, ownership, or experience.
Markets are volatile. You can lose some or all of money you invest or trade, including more than your initial investment where leverage is involved. Any decision you make is your own, and you should evaluate it with qualified advisers and your own risk tolerance.
Council does not accept, hold, pool, transfer, or custody customer funds or assets. Customer funds remain at customer-selected brokers or venues. This product does not currently place live orders, transmit trading instructions, or exercise trading discretion for customers.
Data may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, unavailable, or sourced from third parties. Analytical models can be wrong, may change, and can fail in unusual market conditions. A timestamp, audit record, or methodology description does not make a result complete, accurate, or suitable for any person.
Council may research instruments or markets discussed in its materials and may change coverage without notice. Material conflicts, sponsorships, compensation arrangements, and methodology changes should be disclosed before public publication when applicable. Access, content, and features may be limited by jurisdiction and legal review.
Lottery numbers generated by Council are random entertainment only and have no predictive advantage. Use is limited to adults who meet their jurisdiction’s legal age and eligibility rules. The unclaimed-property tool links to official public programs; Council does not search private records, file claims, charge recovery fees, or collect claim credentials.
