Subscriber access uses an email address and authentication session information. If you save a sample trade, we collect the name, email, optional phone number, paper-trade details, update preferences, consent record, and limited security data needed to prevent abuse.
Public sharing is optional and off until you select it. A public community pick shows only generated initials and the paper-trade details. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, tracking codes, and security data are never included in the public feed.
Council does not request or store broker passwords, trading credentials, customer account balances, payment card data, Social Security numbers, unclaimed-property claim documents, or custody assets in these tools. Do not send financial credentials through forms or support channels.
Information is used to provide access, save and track sample trades, deliver updates you selected, protect the service, maintain audit records, and meet legal obligations. Contact details may be sent to the configured communications provider only when an update preference is selected. They are not sold as a customer list.
You may keep a sample pick private, opt into initials-only sharing, and opt out of email or text updates. Final retention periods, controller contact details, and access, correction, deletion, and jurisdiction-specific request procedures must be completed before a broad commercial launch.
